Memberships

What does a membership include?

All memberships provide access to exclusive radiology content, case-based learning, AI-powered modules, and continuous platform updates.

How long is my membership valid?

Memberships are valid based on the plan you choose (monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Access is automatically revoked after the expiry period unless renewed.

Can I upgrade my membership later?

Yes, you may upgrade your plan at any time. However, any previous payments are non-refundable or non-adjustable.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and international debit cards. Payment is processed securely via our third-party provider.

Can I request a refund?

No. As clearly stated in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

I was charged but didn’t get access. What should I do?

Contact support@radiology-resident.com with your transaction ID. If verified, access will be manually granted.

Technical Support

I can't log into my account. What do I do?

Try resetting your password using the "Forgot Password" link. If that doesn’t work, email us at support@radiology-resident.com.

What devices can I use to access the platform?

Our platform works on all modern browsers across desktops, tablets, and smartphones. For the best experience, use Chrome or Safari with the latest version.

Legal & Policies

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

No. As per our strict no-cancellation policy, subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable once activated.

Where can I read your terms and privacy policy?

You can view our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions on their respective pages.

Platform Use

Can I share my account with others?

No. Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension without refund.

Do you offer certificates or CME credits?

We do not currently offer official CME credits. Completion certificates may be available on select learning tracks.

Is the content updated regularly?

Yes. Our team updates and adds new modules regularly to ensure the platform stays current and relevant to radiology practice.
